The Poco F4 GT is an AFFORDABLE gaming phone launching this 26th April!

The global version of the Redmi K50 Gaming is coming globally! It is quite a head-turner thanks to its flagship specs!

The Redmi K and Poco F series are applauded by both users and reviewers alike because it brings flagship features (almost gaming level quality) down to a midrange price, bringing the term “flagship killer” back to its place. While it is usually meant to refer to phones with a flagship chipset and performance-centric features, it does have its drawbacks such as underwhelming cameras and lacking build quality to actual flagships.

The Poco F4 GT is the global variant of the Redmi K50 Gaming. For that reason, it harbours an identical spec sheet with some minor tweaks to fulfill global users, such as the global ROM version of MIUI.

The phone is pretty powerful nonetheless, coming in with a 6.67in. FHD+ (2400x1080px)10-bit AMOLED with 120Hz refresh rate and is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus. It will come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset along with a VC cooling plate. It also has a 4700mAh battery with 120W fast charging, faster than your usual midranger.

The cameras are pretty much in the midrange category, sporting a 64mp Sony IMX686 camera paired with the usual 8mp ultrawide and the gimmicky 2mp macro camera. The front camera is a 20mp Sony IMX596 module on a dot-notch screen.

As Poco Philippines posted this tweet, it is entirely possible that the phone would launch here, right after its global debut arises. We expect affordable pricing since that’s what the series, since the Poco F1, is entirely known for. We’re also not sure if the Petronas livery is going to be brought globally but we’ll find out during the live stream.
