The Realme Narzo 50A Prime is a complimentary phone to the Naro 50A. It comes with a glass-like camera design at the back and has a higher screen resolution than the 50A.
The Narzo 50A Prime has a 6.6in. FHD+ (2408x1080px) IPS LCD screen. It has a triple camera setup at the back with a pattern that’s an inverse of the iPhone 12. The main camera is a 50MP sensor, possibly the Samsung JN1. This camera is then paired with the non-essential 2mp macro and an even more useless 0.3mp B&W sensor. The front camera is 8mp sitting atop the waterdrop notch.
In the performance side, the phone is equipped with a UNISOC T612 processor, a 12nm chipset with a Mali-G57 GPU. Its performance is similar to that of the Helio G85 or the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680. It is paired with 4 or 6GB RAM and either 64 or 128GB UFS 2.2 internal storage. It is expandable via MicroSD, up to 1TB
The phone keeps itself in check through its 5000mAh battery which is charged through an 18W USB-C port. The phone has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and also supports facial scanning. It will boot with Realme UI R edition based on Android 11.
The 4/64 version will retail at Php7,290 while the 6/128 configuration will retail at Php7,990. It will be available on 24th March on Shopee for both configurations.
