The Redmi K40 Gaming sold 100,000+ units in its home country


The Redmi K40 Gaming Edition is Redmi’s first gaming-centric device, with multiple gaming-ready features including trigger pads and an advanced heat dissipation system. It was announced last 28th April and, as promised, is ready for sale today, 30th April.

Few minutes after it was on sale, Xiaomi reported on its Weibo that it had already sold out 100,000+ units in just one minute! Which is crazy lightning fast. According to MyDrivers (in Chinese), the Bruce Lee edition was also available for purchase today. This version has a 12/256GB configuration and also comes with accessories and a specially unique box

There are also rumours of the phone being released in India under the Poco brand, dubbed the Poco F3 GT. We also speculate that this particular device will be released worldwide under a different name as well.
