New year, new laptops. And of course, they are designed with AI integration in mind. ASUS just launched another set of CoPilot+ laptops that have more power than regular non-CoPilot PCs. What this means for you is that these laptops are much more updated than ChatGPT 3.5 and you can find more recent events more accurately and correctly, as so they say.
In case you haven’t heard, Qualcomm is now joining the race in the laptop performance scene alongside Intel and AMD. So now, you have three options to choose from and with that, many many more confusing names for you to memorize. It’s quite staggering why laptops are named this way.
The three laptops share the same chassis but only differ in size. As the name tells, the S14 is 14 inches while the S16 is, well, 16 inches. The 16-incher features a numpad.
There are several models to choose from and both series feature either a 13th-gen Intel Core i5 processor (for both S14 and S16), an Intel Core Ultra 5-255H (14 inch only), 13th-gen Intel Core Ultra 7-255H (for both S14 and S16), an AMD Ryzen 7-260H (S16 only), or a Snapdragon X processor (16 inch only).
Processor aside, these laptops have the same DNA and build. All versions of the S14 and S16 feature a 2.5K IPS LCD screen, 144Hz refresh rate, a pretty interesting choice, and various ports. All laptops have a 16:10 aspect ratio for a wider view.
All laptops begin with 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB M.2 PCIe SSD. All laptops have the same colour as well, Matte Grey with a metallic finish. All laptops also feature a 70Whr battery and supplied with a 65W power adapter for charging.
