Everything just increases price these days
Spotify announced that all of its three subscription plans (Individual, Duo, and Family) have increased its price. This will take effect this coming December and those who are subscribed will be charged with the new prices. Spotify immediately sent a notice to all of its subscribers about the price increase.
SUBSCRIPTION PRICES:
- Individual – PHP 149 (from PHP 129)
- Duo – PHP 199 (from PHP 185)
- Family – PHP 239 (from PHP 214)
The slight increase in price is most likely intended for increased profitability. Prices are the only ones affected and features surrounding these plans, such as Hi-Fi Audio, remain unaffected.
Subscribing to Spotify Premium gives you access to background play, high-quality 320kbps music, Hi-Res Support, and also disables ads. In addition, offline play is an option, where you can download your music from Spotify and play them without internet connection.
