Are Phones Too Big for You? Wait Until the ASUS Zenfone 10 Launches!

The Zenfone series continues to be the most underrated smartphone in the industry

It’s not everyday you hear companies listen to customer feedback. One of those companies is ASUS. After hearing that people wanted a phone that they can hold in one hand, like in the old days, ASUS set out to launch a compact phone that remains a powerful flagship.

This tradition continues ever since the Zenfone 9 was launched. A successor is needed since it has been a full year since it was released. The Zenfone 10’s release is finally confirmed, and it will launch on June 29th, a month earlier than the ZenFone 9’s official release date.

It will have a 5.8″ OLED screen like its predecessor which, by today’s standards is pretty small in comparison to the 6.7″ phones we see today. While smaller, its display remained bezel-free and even has a punch-hole notch housing the front camera. The iPhone SE should take notes. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 powers the phone.

Its slogan is “All On Hand” boasting its small and compact size yet powerful and competitive against other flagships. The Zenfone series has its ups and downs. What was previously a series filled with mainstream budget and midrange phones, is now streamlined to flagships after the company’s restructuring. After all, what ASUS want to focus on now are their popular ROG Phone series and ROG gaming peripherals.

On the launch event website, users can vote for the best photo taken with the ASUS Zenfone 10. Like its predecessor, one of its main features is its cameras, despite it having fewer cameras than the competition. Based on its website, the cameras have OIS built in. Through powerful software optimization, the company compensates for the phone’s lack of multiple cameras. Less is more, as they say.

It is stated on the website that the phone will launch will multiple colours. Green is one of those colours as suggested by the palette seen in its promotional materials.

If we’re basing the specs on the Zenfone 9, the Zenfone 10 should have a dual-camera system, at least 30W fast charging, a 4000mAh battery or larger, 8 or 12GB RAM, 256 or 512GB internal storage, and of course, fast wireless charging.
