Realme officially brings the Realme C55 to the Philippines. There’s also a 32″ TV released as well

Two releases in one day? They are a little busy.

The Realme C55 is finally official. And oh boy, our guesses for the price are correct or at least accurate. It’s your typical MediaTek Helio G88 phone but with one major difference: the dynamic island mini capsule notification bar! Man, we wish we get to hold this device ourselves.

To recall, the phone shares a similar design language as the more premium Realme 10 series and the device itself looks stylish indeed. It has a 6.72″ FullHD+ (2400x1080px) IPS LCD screen with 90Hz refresh rate, 33W fast charging, MediaTek Helio G88, and a 64MP primary camera with an 8MP selfie shooter. It is available in both 6/128 and 8/256 trim options. Unlike the Indian release, the Realme C55 in the Philippines already is updated to have the Mini Capsule included with RealmeUI.

Realme Smart TV Neo 32″

Aside from the Realme C55, today’s event ended on a double whammy by introducing a 32″ size of the Realme Smart TV Neo. It’s your basic smart TV made premium by making the sides nearly bezel-less (in fact, 95% of it is screen). In addition, it has 20W stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos at the back, access to popular programs and apps like TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook, and can be connected through your Realme device for easy control.

The display itself has a resolution of 1366x768px. This resolution is a little low for today’s standards as most TVs now have at least a 1080p resolution. It still is HD though but this is what you get when you cheap out.

There’s also a 64-bit “Smart Quad processor” (they never specified it) that offers smooth and high-quality picture experience.

Also, it’s affordable, priced only at Php 7,999. It will be available this coming 5.5 Digital sale through Lazada and Shopee.
