OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite specs revealed ahead of April 4 launch date

We like that lemon green colour.

It’s been a while since a new Nord popped up and a month since a new OnePlus was revealed globally. It’s no “leak” if the company intentionally revealed the specs as a teaser and then suddenly deleted them. That’s more of a teaser and marketing hype than leaks really because those specs and promo images directly come from OnePlus.

Now going back to the Nord CE 3 Lite, it’s a phone that follows Oppo’s design philosophy featuring two large camera humps with the actual camera sensors placed in them. This is also one of the few times where OnePlus has placed the selfie camera at the middle of the display instead of the left hand corner.

According to reliable tipster Sudhansu, the Nord CE 3 Lite would unfortunately use a FullHD+ IPS LCD screen, has 67W SuperVOOC fast charging powering its 5000mAh battery, and uses the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 chipset. Perhaps because this chipset is already optimized, but still a questionable choice where the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 exists alongside the Snapdragon 778G and its plus variant. This is paired with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage.

The listing also revealed a 108MP primary camera alongside the dreaded 2MP cameras (seriously, why are they still alive and kicking?). The front camera has a typical 16MP resolution.

It has 5G services of course, alongside 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6/6e, and Bluetooth 5.1. It has virtual RAM but the MicroSD Card slot is absent, traditional to many OnePlus phones. The price is yet to be revealed alongside availability. We don’t even know if OnePlus Philippines will add the phone to their growing portfolio. It’s very likely though, considering how successful the previous Nords were.

Colours are to be announced. Stay tuned and we’ll let you know.
