Several accessories were announced by Redmi Philippines today and all of them have a pretty attractive price tag. These are the Redmi Buds 4 and 4 Pro, and the Smart Band 7 Pro
Redmi Buds 4 and 4 Pro
Two Redmi-branded TWS earbuds were announced. The 4 Pro in particular features the wireless version of Hi-Res Audio and could connect two devices simultaneously.
Meanwhile, the base Redmi Buds 4, is designed more for casual users. Both feature Active Noise Cancellation which filters noise around the environment so you could only hear the music or audio you’re playing. Though, it’s not guaranteed that it can filter all the noise around you, it will filter almost all of it, ranging from cars revving the engine, to loud industrial noises such as cranes.
The Redmi Buds 4 claims a 30h battery life while the Redmi Buds 4 Pro claims a longer 36h battery life and a 9h battery life on a single continuous usage. The Redmi Buds 4 also has dual-mic noise reduction for clear calls.
The Redmi Buds 4 is priced at Php 2,499 but during its debut release, it’s down to Php 2,199 and is available in TikTok as well as Shopee and Lazada.
Meanwhile, the Pro version boasts an IP54 rating which can withstand sweating. It also has a dual-driver LDAC and up to 43dB of sound. It costs Php 3,999 but is currently down to Php 3,499 thanks to its debut sale. It is also available in TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Shopee. Availability for both starts October 10-12 and is also the period where the Early Bird discount applies.
Smart Band 7 Pro
Shaped like a smartwatch, the Smart Band 7 Pro is a more advanced version of the Smart Band 7, as the name obviously states. The watch is rectangular in shape, though taller than some traditional smartwatches. It comes with a tall 1.64″ AMOLED display to make the colours pop and stand out. Black is truly black and the colours are accurate to their real-life equivalents. The watch is made of a metallic frame and features more than 150 watch faces to suit your style and personality.
You could connect it to your phone so that you can also see its built-in route tracking capabilities. In addition, track your physical habits through its on-the-go running courses which tracks your calorie intake, height, distance travelled (along with time), and heart rate. Like other health smart bands, it comes with an oxygen sensor and heart rate monitor and abilities to accurately track your sleep record.
The band claims up to 12 days of battery life and has a 5ATM water resistance. Pretty impressive considering the price. It offers over 110 sports mode as well.
It comes in Green, White, Orange, Black, Pink, and Blue colours. Price starts at Php 4,599 but during the Early Bird sale on October 10-12, the band is down to just Php 3,999. So get it while it’s still at a discount.
It would soon be available on Lazada, TikTok, and Shopee.
