If you’re looking for worthy alternatives, then check out the Teclast T40. This goes for a similar price as the 4/64 Realme Pad Mini but has a better processor, is compatible with a keyboard, and has a larger, higher-resolution display. Also, according to its listing, it also has pen support, comes with free headphones, and for a little more money, a free case. The downside is that Teclast has no support here but you can trade customer service for better specs that are worth more of your while.

You can also check out the Xiaomi Pad 5. It’s a little more expensive but also you get a higher-res display, a flagship-grade Snapdragon 860 processor, better rear cameras, 4K video, and a larger battery capacity. Although this is way beyond Realme Pad Mini’s target market since it’s in a different category and competes more with tablets like the Galaxy Tab S7 FE.

Looking for a similar tablet? You can also check out the Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite. It’s only available in a 3/32 configuration but you have a choice between Wi-Fi-only or with LTE. It also has a metallic body, a similarly sized display and resolution, and also expandable memory of up to 1TB. It has a smaller battery capacity at 5000mAh and a slightly slower charging at 15W. It also uses an older Helio P22T chipset. On Samsung’s website, the tablet is available for Php9,490 for the LTE version. A listing on Lazada by T&L Telecom lists it for Php9,990, slightly more expensive.
