Can we have the entire GT series next, please? Also, is this listing here even official?
It’s quite a surprise for sure, but a welcome one. Realme has released the GT Neo 2 without prior announcements. The phone is Realme’s perspective of the OnePlus Nord 2 and competes with devices like the Xiaomi Mi 11T and the Poco F3. Though because Realme Philippines has not announced anything and the fact that it hasn’t been listed on any of Realme Philippines’ official stores, we still have doubts for its actual release. However, because it’s already listed, chances are, they will actually release it.
To recap, the phone launched globally last 3rd November and is a slightly nerfed version of the Realme GT, a flagship performance phone. It has a 6.62in. 120Hz Samsung E4 AMOLED panel with 120Hz refresh rate, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor paired with 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage plus virtual RAM expansion, a 5000mAh battery with 65W fast charging, a triple camera setup comprising a 64mp main camera, an 8mp ultrawide wth 119° field of view, and a 2mp depth camera that’s completely filler. In front is the 16mp selfie camera placed on a dot notch. The phone also has an in-display fingerprint sensor and 5G services to boot. It does not have a headphone jack but this is partly compensated with Hi-Res Audio and stereo speakers.
Though it has already been listed on Realme Philippines’ website, the “Buy Now” button does not seem to work. However, a related official store (though grey market) on Lazada has it listed for Php21,790 for the 12/256 variant. It’s also available on Shopee on the partner Realme Global (considered a grey market store) for Php22,990 for the same 12/256 configuration
