DITO now has 5 million subscribers and boasts Php 2 billion in revenue

With their expansion plans as well as cheap and valuable data plans, these are quite obvious statements

DITO Telecoms has posted their yearly report regarding their performance. So far, the newborn telecoms company has accumulated a total of 5 million subscribers nationwide and worth Php 2 billion in revenue. This goes to show that the newly established major network provider is doing well with Filipinos financially.

The company has also installed around 22,000km worth of optic fiber cables around the country and has constructed more than 4000 towers that give out a good or adequate signal. According to Chief Administrative Officer Adel Tamano, these numbers were enough to provide for all 5 million users.

After Typhoon Odette (internationally, Rai) made landfall in the Philippines, DITO said that its services are up and running and remained operational. They also provided 1000 SIM Cards preloaded with data to help those who were affected by the typhoon.

DITO CME Holdings Corp, the listed holdings company for the telco, has set its final offer price for its stock for around Php4.88 per share.
