And it got killer specs for the price. It’s pretty much a workbook.
The Realme Book has been released for the Philippines, with an amazingly affordable price too. The laptop is available exclusively on Silicon Valley as well as online portals like Lazada.
To recap, the Realme Book has a 2K screen with a 3:2 aspect ratio. Its design is copied inspired from Apple’s MacBook Air. The laptop itself has 400 nits resolution to boot and IPS LCD panel. It’s also thin and lightweight, measuring a thickness of 14.9mm and a weight of 1.38kg.
There are two versions of the laptop, the lowest end being the i3-115G4U and the highest end being the Intel Core i5-1135G7U. There’s no i7 version of the laptop. It uses Intel’s integrated Intel XE GPU and does not have a dedicated GPU to boot. For storage, the laptop comes with either 256GB or 512GB PCIe SSD and comes with, by default, 8GB RAM. Realme still did not announce whether these are expandable.

Now, you’ve probably been waiting for the price. The laptop has an early bird offer starting yesterday and will end on the 29th. During the pre-order stage, the laptops would have a discounted price of just Php29,990 and Php41,990 for the Core i3 and i5 respectively. As seen from above, the laptop has a default price of Php37,990 and Php41,990 respectively. These are still affordable versus other brands, and aligns itself with the Mi Notebook Air and the MateBook D15.
