The RedmI K40 Gaming, also known in India as Poco F3 GT, is a budget gaming device from Xiaomi’s Redmi line. The phone uses a Mediatek Dimensity 1200 processor and also includes trigger pads as well as a VC Cooling system.
Xiaomi announced today that another variant of the Redmi K40 Gaming is coming, this time with a Snapdragon 870 chipset. With this in mind, there may be a POCO variant of it coming soon in India as well.
First teased on Weibo, then again by Digital Chat Station, the specs of the phone would remain largely unchanged apart from the processor. This means you will still get the 67W fast charging and 120Hz OLED screen the Mediatek version offers. However, there may be a new colour theme to differentiate this and the Dimensity 1200 version
