The Oppo K9 5G was teased in China and would officially launch 6th May. There was a video teaser released in China revealing some of its key specs.
The phone weighs 172g and has been confirmed to come with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 768G chipset, coupled with a triple 64mp main camera, 4,300mAh battery and 65W fast charging. The phone is also listed in Oppo’s Chinese website.
The cameras are your usual triple cameras. One of which is a 64mp sensor and the others are an 8mp ultrawide and a 2mp auxiliary, likely macro or depth. There is a punch-hole camera on the top left corner. It has a resolution of 32mp.
For the display, it comes with a 6.43in. SAMOLED display with 90Hz refresh rate. There is also an optical in-display fingerprint scanner for biometrics.
The phone would come with two colour options and configurations of 8GB RAM and a choice between 128GB or 256GB storage. Price is yet to be announced along with its availability. We will most likely not see its release internationally, but when it does, possibly under a different moniker and design.
