Xiaomi has posted on its Weibo that their first foldable phone, the Mi Mix Fold, has accumulated 400 million CNY in its home market, China which approximates to around 30,000 to 40,000 units, which is crazy fast for a phone priced for 9999 CNY (or approximately, 74K php). The Mi Mix Fold is so far the most expensive phone Xiaomi has sold, not counting the Mi Mix Alpha which is more of a concept than a mass-produced handset.
For those who missed out, the phone starts at 9999 CNY (~74K php) for the 12/256 version, 10,999 (~81.5K php) for the 12/512 version, and 12,999 CNY (~96.4K php) for the 16/512 version.
