Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra leaked by Filipino Tech Vlogger

For every new smartphone, of course, there will be new leaks. The Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra has been leaked in a video by Filipino Tech Vlogger Tech Buff. The video has recently been taken down but there were several screenshots saved before it was taken down.

This particular handset is believed to be M2012K1G that was certified by the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) in Europe. It goes by the codename “star”. The phone appears to sport something unusual, a secondary screen! This “second screen” first appeared on phones like the Meizu 7 Pro.

Other specs seen at the screenshot include the huge camera bump that houses the 50mp sensor, which features a 120x zoom. It also features a triple flash unit, and a triple camera system. Because of the “120x zoom” in huge lettering, it may indicate that the phone comes with a periscope camera.

Based on the images, it appears that the phone will retain the IR Blaster and its speaker system is to be powered by Harman/Kardon.

Other expected features include: Flagship processor Snapdragon 888, 6.8in. OLED screen, WQHD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The front camera cut out is a 20mp snapper, and the phone is also protected with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus. It is also expected to come with IP68 Dust and Water Resistance rating. It should also come with an optical fingerprint sensor and MIUI 12.5

It should also come with 67W Fast charging and 10W Reverse Charging. The device may as well support fast wireless charging. It comes with a 5000mAh battery, and should arrive with 5G.

The camera system at the back should have a 50mp main camera, 48mp wide-angle lens, and another 48mp for its telephoto/periscope lens. It is unclear why Xiaomi did not opt for a 108mp camera for its periscope, but that may change since these are all rumoured.

We could not guarantee if said rumour is true, however, the device looks great and might as well be the legitimate phone itself. We should wait for Xiaomi to reveal its true specs, and if that arrives, we will update the specs soon!
