It’s the Realme 10.5 Pro basically.
Just like Xiaomi, Realme has been creating multiple versions of their smartphones, in particular, the number series. The Realme 11 4G will be released in the Philippines in two days and comes with a new design that distinguishes it from the regular Realme 11. And this time, it’s made of plastic all around instead of leather.
The 4G version is a repeat of the previous phone complete with an identical MediaTek Helio G99 chip with 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. In addition, there’s also virtual RAM and a MicroSD Card slot. The former is a gimmick while the latter is a feature that’s close to becoming a gimmick.
The phone boasts the so-called “ProLight” camera, the same type seen on the Realme 10 Pro. It has the same resolution, 108MP but a different sensor, the Samsung ISOCELL HP5 versus the ISOCELL HM6 on the latter phone. The HP5 is newer and slightly larger therefore it can capture more light and makes your images brighter. There’s a secondary 2MP depth camera which should have been long removed since it barely does anything useful. As for selfies, you’re getting the typical 16MP sensor.
It has a 5000mAh battery with 67W SuperVOOC fast charging. It charges via a USB-C 2.0 port and features a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, 4G LTE (obviously), and NFC. The side-mounted fingerprint scanner is implemented instead of an optical for costing reasons. It uses a single speaker but with a software enhancement called “ultra boom” that’s very similar to Oppo’s “Ultra Volume” mode.
Finally, the display. The selfie camera is located on the top left corner like the Realme 10 series. Here, it’s a 6.4″ FullHD+ (2400x1080px) SAMOLED screen with 1-120Hz refresh rate. It is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 5.
It launches on November 9th via a livestream on Realme’s social media pages in the Philippines. Stay tuned! We’re actually aware of its price now and it’s somehow disappointing. You’ll see once it launches.
