The Honor 90 did a complete 180 as pre-order buyers filled up a long line waiting for their new phone and JBL speakers!
Honor did it again! Remember when the X9a was hot selling? The company did the same trick and it worked! People really love the Honor 90, especially during the pre-orders as the phone came with a FREE JBL Flip 6 Bluetooth Speaker that is worth PHP 7,499! Now that is what we call a freebie!
To celebrate the Honor 90’s arrival here, Honor opened three new stores, all strategically decided. These stores are located in the Philippines’ biggest and most visited malls which are SM Megamall, SM City North EDSA, and SM Mall of Asia. We were invited by Honor to visit the SM Mall of Asia branch and of course we visited.
When we got there, there was a HUGE LINE of customers who pre-ordered the new Honor 90. They are as excited as us when they’re finally going to get their hands on one. As always, various games were held and participants, especially those from the HONOR Community on Facebook, got a chance to win various Honor-related goodies, including a new phone!
The HONOR Community on Facebook is also growing pretty strong. When we first got invited there, there were only less than 1,000 members. Only a few months later, the community grew 10K members strong! Now that is quite an honorable feat!

To recall, the Honor 90 5G costs PHP 24,990 and comes with 12GB RAM and 512GB Storage. It is a midrange phone with a beautiful glasstic back, a 200MP primary camera, a revolutionary 3840Hz PWM OLED screen with 120Hz refresh rate, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset, and a 5000mAh battery with 66W fast charging. It also has a 12MP Ultrawide camera and a 50MP selfie camera that can create 4K Videos which is rare for this price point. This might be the only phone so far that features it.
It’s not just SM Mall of Asia that has a massive crowd. The stores in SM Megamall and SM North EDSA are also loaded!
This opening, and the Honor 90 itself, are a SMASHING SUCCESS! We’re seeing a bright future ahead for Honor here in the Philippines, as they are again in India as Madhav Sheth, former CEO of Realme India, has just moved there.
