For a company that’s only 7 months old and only six phones currently in its portfolio, having won the Anvil is a REALLY BIG DEAL. Congratulations, Narzo and Ripple8!
Narzo has proudly announced its proudest achievement today. During the 58th Anvil awards, Narzo won its first-ever Silver Anvil award for their entry called “narzo Roundtable Series: An Inclusive Approach to Brand-Building“. The company, mind you, is only 7 months old and barely has started. Narzo in the Philippines is considered to be independent of its parent company Realme.
Winning under the Special Events and Exhibits category, the award recognizes narzo’s efforts back in September to October 2022 for a collaborative method that involved both Metro Manila and Regional media in the brand’s drive towards a stronger nationwide presence. The Silver Anvil commends narzo “for effectively implementing an inclusive and collaborative approach to establish ties with media nationwide and extend its brand presence in key areas of the Philippines”.
“We are both grateful and honored to be recognized by the PRSP,” says entry proponent Carlo Nemo, narzo’s Public Relations Officer. “Our entire team dedicates this victory to our media partners for their all-out support to our then-fledgling brand, and to the Filipino everyman that fuels narzo’s mission of bringing Quality Sulit devices in the budget segment.”
The Anvil Awards is an annual ceremony held by the Public Relations Society Philippines (PRSP) and it is considered the highest symbol of excellence in the field of Public Relations. This means having won an award here is a really big achievement. This year, the Filipiniana theme, dubbed “Gabi ng Parangal” (TL: Honor’s Night), was centered around the concept of “Isang Habi” or “One Weave“. The event was held at the Manila Marriott Hotel in Newport, Pasay City.
As the event coincided with Narzo’s 7-month presence (and is still going strong), Narzo also reiterated its current lineup of smartphones which includes six models (more on the way). The company has phones for every conscious Filipino, starting with their entry-level Narzo 50i Prime (Php 4,499) all the way to the premium budget 5G phone, the Narzo 50 Pro 5G (Php 13,999). Also, the company has about 64 physical stores nationwide mostly located in areas that are not yet reached by contemporary brands. More branches will pop out this year.
Also, for people that like staying at home to purchase, Narzo has a wide online presence including Lazada, Zalora, TikTok Shop, SM Malls Online, and Shopee. Its social media presence should also not be overlooked, with over 36,000 followers, its growing number of “Nartizens” as they would call them, will just get larger. The company knows how to interact well with its audience mostly comprised of the youth. Its Facebook group also has over 15,000 members and growing!

What’s next for Narzo in 2023?
narzo Philippines has a lot lined up for its Nartizens this 2023. It remains committed to its goal of providing affordable and reliable technology for the average Filipino, and will continue bringing new smartphone models throughout the year.
In the coming months, narzo will also be hosting a new amateur competition for avid mobile players, featuring a battle royale title to strengthen its gaming affinity. In addition, narzo is also slated for partnerships with local mobility brands this summer.
