Old specs but we’re in it for the stylish design
BBK’s budget phones are not always on the “affordable” side of things. Usually, they come with outdated specs or specs that aren’t on-point with its price but people still buy them thanks to BBK’s great level of marketing behind them. They make it appear as if it’s worth your while, and they even oversell it
The Vivo Y02 series is no exception to that. The phone boasts a beautiful premium-like design that conceals its true specs. The screen is obviously a waterdrop notch, measuring 6.5in. This HD+ (1600x720px) IPS LCD screen houses the 5MP selfie camera.
The back features a single 8MP shooter with flash. Inside this phone is a MediaTek Helio P22, a massive breakaway from the sea of Helio G35 and P35 phones BBK has been putting out recently. This chipset is slightly weaker than the aforementioned two.
It comes with a 5000mAh battery with 10W charging. It charges via an outdated MicroUSB port. Aside from this, the phone features a 3.5mm jack, FunTouch OS 12 based on Android 12, and a triple slot. It comes in Cosmic Grey and Orchid Blue colours, the latter of which is similar to Vivo’s colour theme.
