The Vivo Y21T is a rebranded Y33s with Snapdragon 680 in it

Reduce, Reuse, Recycle. Truly environmentally-friendly.

Vivo Y33s, which is what the Y21T is based on.

Aside from the Vivo Y32, which is the world’s first with Snapdragon 680, Vivo also will launch tomorrow the Y21T. It is a rehashed Y33s with worse specs concerning the cameras, screen, and type of display. Also unlike the latter unit, the Y21T omits the NFC chip.

Starting with the screen, instead of an FHD+ LCD, it’s now just a 6.58in. IPS LCD with HD+ resolution. The front camera’s resolution was reduced to half to just 8mp. It retains the nearly-outdated waterdrop notch though.

As mentioned, the phone uses a Snapdragon 680 chip that’s paired with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. The RAM can virtually be increased through Vivo’s Virtual RAM feature while the storage can be expanded via MicroSD card up to 1TB.

Other than these changes, the specs are nearly the same: 5000mAh battery, 60Hz refresh rate, 18W fast charging, a triple camera setup comprising of a 50mp main camera, 2mp depth sensor, and macro camera.

Two colours: Midnight Blue and Pearl White and is soon to be available in Shopee in Indonesia starting at IND 3,099,000 (~Php 11.1K)
