Infinix Hot 10s announced

Infinix has announced their new budget midranger to compete against the Tecno Spark 7, Realme Narzo 30A and Poco M2 Reloaded, the Infinix Hot 10S

The phone is targeted towards budget gamers, much like the Narzo 30A, and comes with a powerful Mediatek Helio G85 coupled with a 6.82in. HD+ 90Hz display as well as 180Hz touch sampling rate. This is actually outstanding for a budget phone and we hope to see higher refresh rates at a much lower price and a more general audience.

As for the camera, there is a triple camera setup (the last one is simply a label, don’t be fooled, it’s not a quad camera setup) with a main 48MP sensor but with a small micron pixel size of just 0.8µm. The other two are for enhancements, which are two 2mp depth and AI lens

A large battery powers the phone, whopping a total of 6000mAh. According to Infinix, this battery can last you 62 days on standby, 182h of music, 18h of gaming and 76h of calls. The NFC version has a lower 5000mAh capacity. Both phones don’t have fast charging, so better charge the phone overnight after use!

For extra security, the Infinix Hot 10S also has a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner alongside a facial scanner. According to Infinix, it can scan your face even with a mask on

The Infinix Hot 10S has four colours: Morandi Green, 7° Purple, Heart of Ocean (Blue) and 95° Black (weird colour names we know). It will be available in Indonesia on 12th May, although it is more than likely Infinix will bring the phone to the Philippines as well. Stay tuned for pricing and specs on our Facebook Page!
