Mi Store Philippines recently posted on their Facebook page about the launch event of the new Poco X3 Pro! Xiaomi is on a roll this month, they just recently launched the Redmi Note 10 and Note 10 Pro within this week too, and now a new Pocophone is on its way. If you open the post, you will see they commented a group with the name “Poco X3 Pro Philippines” confirming that this Pocophone is indeed the Poco X3 Pro
In addition to this, Poco’s twitter tweeted an interesting letter… They seem to be quite excited for the new Poco. See if you can spot any easter eggs.
Xiaomi also unveiled what could possibly be a mascot, named “King Poco”. The mascot appears to be a yellow lion, matching the theme of the Poco brand. This mascot would be unveiled alongside the Poco X3 Pro.
There are no official specs for now, but rather, speculations have been made, as Xiaomi did not say anything about its specs. Even then, the speculations are unclear. The phone could have an AMOLED display, a Snapdragon 800 series processor (possibly 870 or 888) and 120hz refresh rate. It is also rumoured to come with 6/128 and 8/256 ram/storage options, along with a 5200 mAh battery and fast charging.
However, because the Poco X3 came with Snapdragon 732G, it is possible that the Pro may come with a Snapdragon 700-series processor as well, possibly 750G as the phone is rumoured to come with 5G enabled.
We will find out once the livestream commences! For now, take these specs with a grain of salt
