The Redmi 10 is now available in selected countries

Who knew our guesses were correct? Waiting for Philippine release

A few days ago, Xiaomi teased on Twitter about their upcoming budget phone called the Redmi 10 which is essentially a Redmi Note 10 Ultra and a Poco M3 Pro 5G having a baby. In our article we correctly guessed that the phone would have a Helio G88 processor

The phone is marketed as an entry-level smartphone experience “with a killer camera and display”. The phone boasts a 50mp main sensor and a 6.5in. 90Hz FHD+ display. Two of these are unusual in its category, as if it’s a Redmi Note 10 but nerfed. (Oh wait because it is!).

For the cameras, it packs a 50mp sensor coupled with an 8mp ultrawide, a 2mp macro and a 2mp depth. You know, the usual ingredients.

There are also dual speakers, which are also rare for an entry-level; coupled with a headphone jack, 5000mAh battery with 18W fast charging and NFC. We just hope this phone doesn’t run into issues with MIUI like some of their cheaper models have.

The phone ships with a 22.5W fast charger so that you can also use it to charge phones with a Wattage rating of 22.5W and above. As an added bonus, the phone also supports 9W reverse charging. The phone is available to some countries already, such as Malaysia. We’re waiting for a PH release.

The Redmi 10 is now available in Malaysia!

Here are the price conversions from RMB to PHP. We will update this page once it arrives in the Philippines

The phone comes in three colours: Carbon Gray, Pebble White and Sea Blue. Colour availability depends on the region.
