If we had a nickel for every PH v PH team in the grand finals, that would be two nickels which is not a lot but it’s weird it happened twice.
It’s now the eighth day of the M4 World Championship for Mobile Legends and it’s also the last match for the semi-finals. After RRQ managed to sweep ONIC Indonesia 3-0, they are now going to face ECHO Philippines.
In four games, RRQ secured the second game. However, ECHO managed to get back with a match-point 2-1 in Game 3. ECHO hailed victorious in Game 4 which secured their spot in the Grand Finals and once again, will face Blacklist International after their defeat in the upper bracket.
According to the provided analysis, the winning match’s MVP is none other than Karl “KarlTzy” Nepomuceno. During this match, he used the hero “Akai”, a hero in Mobile Legends known for his ultimate that can push away enemy heroes, perfect for securing objectives. Because KarlTzy managed to secure objectives both from Echo and RRQ’s side, they managed to have a strong gold lead, with Sanford “Sanford” Visnaya taking soaking most of the damage during teamfights and Alston “Sanji” Pabico dealing damage and crowd control. Also, Benedict “BennyQT” Gonzales locking the enemy base while RRQ heavily defends was also crucial in securing their place.
The Grand Finals match will take place tomorrow, January 15th, and will be the second time since M3 that two PH teams will compete together for the winning crown.
