This is the type of celebrity endorsement that would get Gen Zs and Alphas hooked.
realme has launched the realme 13 4 globally. It is a scaled-down realme 13 Pro, which is quite obvious. The main problem is that the realme 13 is literally the realme 12 again, the exact same phone with the exact same design and specs. The only real difference is that this has IP54. Yes, it also uses the same chipset, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 685.
The phone has launched two days ago but later at 8PM, Hololive Vtuber Kaela Kovalskia from Hololive ID, will talk to you about it more. Honestly, this is one good way to get the new generation hooked about the device. It is also why we used her name and occupation as a title.
Because the phone is a rebadged realme 12, which is only a month old at this point, the specs are the same. Aside from the chipset, the phone also gets a 120Hz AMOLED screen, 67W fast charging, a 50MP primary camera and 16MP selfie, 5000mAh battery, stereo speakers with Hi-Res audio, 3.5mm jack, and of course, 4G LTE connectivity. The phone has an in-display fingerprint scanner included and comes in the same two colours as the realme 12. These are Skyline Blue and Pioneer Green.
If you’re looking what makes this phone different from the realme 12 4G. That goes for the water-tight IP64 rating, versus the splash-resistant IP54 on the previous phone. To us, this does not justify a new generation phone.
