Wiko slowly kills themselves in the foot before they even arrive in the Philippines.
Wiko has announced that they will be bringing their products to the Philippines. On their Philippines website, only the T3 was mentioned, so the other two, the T10 and T50, may arrive sometime later. Although these two are now listed and ready for purchase on Shopee.
What shocks us is that these two phones are valued similarly to the Redmi Note 11 and Poco F3 while also providing probably the worst price-to-spec ratio we’ve ever seen on a mobile phone.
WIKO T10
The Wiko T10 is a budget phone, classified below the T3 and T50. In Shopee, it is priced at Php 9,200 which is already way too expensive for the specs given. You could get something like the Realme Narzo 50A Prime, Cherry Aqua S10 Pro, and the Tecno Pova 3. You can even get cheap 5G phones at similar prices such as the Poco M3 Pro 5G, Realme 8 5G, and the TCL 10 5G.
The phone should be priced at around Php5-6K because the internals it has fit for those. But we guess that it’s because the brand is European and tariffs for them are way heavier in comparison to Chinese brands. This may also be the reason why Nokia phones are more expensive than their Chinese counterparts. We’re hoping for sure that the price is a placeholder because it is unrealistically expensive. It may be there to conceal the actual price before the phone actually launches.
Let’s get to the specs. First, it retains the same HD+ screen as the T3, although slightly smaller at 6.5in. It only has a single 13mp rear camera as well as a single 5mp front camera. It uses the ageing Helio A22 chipset that’s now only available on ultra-budget phones, such as the Hot 12 Play. The chipset is complemented with 2GB RAM and 64GB internal storage that is expandable via a MicroSD card. It runs Android 11 Go
It has a typically large 50000mAh battery and uses USB-C, an edge over other ultra-budget phones. Obviously, it only charges on a standard 10W charger. It has Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 5.0, and 4G LTE services. For security, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor is available.
It comes in Black and Green and we’re hoping for updated prices soon because Php 9,200 is not justifiable given the phone’s aesthetics and specs.

WIKO T50
The Wiko T50 is the highest-end of the three and also comes with the most bizarre listing of Php 19,990. The design reminds us a lot of several Motorola units, particularly, the Motorola Edge X30
The display is again back to 6.6in. IPS LCD but now has the standard FHD+ (2400x1080px) resolution. It comes with a Mediatek Helio G85 chipset paired with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage.
It has three cameras. The primary camera is 64mp. This is complemented by an 8mp ultrawide camera and a 2mp depth sensor, this camera setup is viable to phones with a focus on gaming and performance. It has a 16mp front camera.
One of its main features is a 4000mAh battery with 40W fast charging. If it was priced appropriately, say the same price as the Realme C35, then this would make it one of the best phones for power users. 40W is very rare on the budget-end, and it nicely compensates for the slightly smaller battery than its competitors.
In terms of security, the phone has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner along with support for face unlock. It has a 3.5mm jack, USB-C port, Bluetooth 5.1, and Wi-Fi. It comes in Lively Pink, Aqua Green, and Midnight Black colours.

When these two launch, we’re hoping for price adjustments as these are just way too expensive for the specs they have.
