It’s a lower-end version of the Y33s.
The Vivo Y15 is a classic budget phone from Vivo, and recently they’ve announced a reboot, focusing more on the front camera and selfie side. This new Vivo Y15 series boasts a newer design featuring a rectangular camera bump (while still keeping the dated waterdrop notch) and a load of camera-based software features, such as “night selfie” that enhances your selfies in low light or at night, hence the name. In addition to the software features, the new Vivo Y15 series also features a selfie softlight that features a live-preview of the image you have just taken, so that your selfies turn out to be bright and beautiful everytime.
Because the phone is yet to be released, Vivo announced only a handful of specs, which include the 8mp front camera and 5000mAh battery and 5V reverse charging. We expect that more specs of the phone would be revealed once it actually arrives for pre-orders. We speculate that it will have an HD+ IPS LCD panel for its display. Judging from the previous Vivo Y15 released last year, it will most likely use a Mediatek Helio chipset, possibly the P22 or the G35 as it is a budget phone. Based on the image above, it has a dual camera at the back.
